Affiliate Marketing Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ghezal Atelier Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Your website, social media, or promotional channels must comply with all applicable laws and our ethical guidelines.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 7% commission on each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are only paid on completed sales and exclude refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.
• The commission is calculated based on the product’s final sale price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

4. Payments

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50.

• Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the payment method.

5. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote our products through blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, and other ethical channels.
• The use of spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not bid on our brand name or domain name in paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Affiliates may not create duplicate websites or impersonate our brand.

6. Affiliate Link Usage

• Affiliates will be provided with a unique tracking link.
• Commissions are only awarded on sales made through this tracking link.
• The tracking cookies last for [cookie duration, e.g., 30 days], meaning sales made within this timeframe will be attributed to the affiliate.

7. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• If an affiliate is found engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately and withhold any unpaid commissions.
• Upon termination, all affiliate links and promotional materials must be removed.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We make no guarantees regarding income potential.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, lost commissions due to tracking failures, or other system errors.
• Affiliates act as independent promoters and are not employees, agents, or partners of [Your Shop Name].

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or on our affiliate dashboard.
